I've never done an Ice bath before, is that ok?

Yes, absolutely. Most people that attend the workshops haven't done an ice bath before and then most go on to do the 2 minutes and feel great! It is an optional ice bath at the end of the workshop and we get you fully prepared with the three step cold exposure protocol to go into the ice in a safe and effective way. Once you sign up we will also send you more information for how you can prepare by doing some gradual cold exposure.
