I am grateful to have found the Wim Hof Method in 2016 and since then, this amazing tool has been a strong ally in my life. In 2018 i lost my Brother who was one of my best friends. We lived together and we co-owners in the same wellbeing company. He was such a beautiful soul, with the biggest bear hugs and a huge smile, but he struggled alot with his Mental Health and early one morning, went into the ocean and drowned.
The WHM helps me to process emotions, thoughts and feelings and find more peace inside since his passing.
Ive also struggled with anxiety and OCD where i can find myself worrying about irrelevant things. But i have the tool of the breath & the ice to be able to deal with it and live my best life so it doesn't hold me back.
My main mission in life is to help others feel better mentally and help people improve mental and physical resilience. I hope to see you at an event and share the tools that have changed my life.

I went the deepes I have gone into my being this morning during the breathing session, I felt like i fully got out of my mind and into my subconsious, I felt as though I dissapeared for a minute or so, unreal feeling.
